Every year, hundreds of thousands of pounds of lobster shells and body waste are discarded in Maine. Unfortunately, the state currently lacks a sustainable, long-term solution for managing this waste.

We seek to change the way our processing industry operates, by using every part of the animal and contributing to a circular economy in our beloved state of Maine.
